Location

The villas are within easy reach of the following:

Marmaris (30km)

Muğla (30km)

Köyceğiz (25km)

Dalaman airport (60km)

The Bozburun and Datca peninsula are close enough to provide the perfect day trip with the sights of Knidos, Caunos, Strakonikiea, Aphrodiasis and Ephesus also on the ‘must visit’ list. Pamukkale is only a three and a half hour drive.

Our regional capital Muğla has an authentic Ottoman quarter and hosts the largest weekly market in the area.

The two hour drive to Bodrum is well worth considering to see the spectacular castle with its well preserved sunken cargo vessel.

Ula, offering both Greek and Ottoman architecture, on the way to Muğla is a quiet and almost forgotten little town that has now lost commercial importance after Fethiye, Marmaris and Bodrum became popular with tourists.

Cleopatra’s Island, located in the gulf of Gokova is a short boat trip away and along with its famed pink sand also has some interesting archaelogical ruins.

Our nearest town of note is Akyaka being 6km away from Terra Villas. In recent years it has become the host for several kitesurfing schools and clubs and is now reknowned through out the country. Leaving Akyaka along the coastal road guests will enjoy the hidden coves and Çardak restaurant and Çınar. Akbük is a peaceful beach with 2 modest fish restaurants at the end of the coastal road.
